Her H4 is against my H1 with Company A. I got a new job on Company B in Jul 2019 and transfered my H1 to Company B on Aug 2019. Company A withdrawn my petition in July 2019. Now, Should we need to apply for new H4 in india against my H1 with Company B ? or Can she travel to US with the H4 that she got in Jun 2019 (against H1 of company A) ? JoeF Posted September 5, 2019 Report Share Posted September 5, 2019 An H4 is not tied to an employer. The H4 is tied to the H1 of the primary person. If your new H1 is approved she can travel with her existing H4 visa. Quote Link to comment
