AmitBob Posted September 4, 2019 Report Share Posted September 4, 2019 (edited) Hi, I am on H1B visa - my current LCA has expiry date as 05/24/2019 (under section M on LCA) I have not received any update from Employer regarding new LCA. I also see the newer LCA posted on employer website which has higher wages for my location. Is there any clause by USCIS which says that if LCA is expired then employer has to update and how soon.
