Nowadays, I'm seeing most of these outsourcing(Out-Poring) companies like Capgemini, HCL, UST Global, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro etc are sub contracting to vendors like from Vendor 1 to Sun-vendor 2 Since their H1B's are getting rejected. Do you know anyone who has got H1 Approvals in E-V1-V2-C Model? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
