K S Reddy
Hi, I got RFE to prove that my University is eligible for cap.I did my masters in university which does not count towards masters cap.But My H1 filed in masters cap and now I have an RFE to prove that my degree is eligible for cap. Any suggestions what are the chances of getting h1 approved if I answer my RFE . Thank you. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
If the university is not an accredited, public or non-profit private university the H1 will get denied. There is zero chance of approval of the degree is not usable for the Master's quota. Why did the employer file in the Master's quota? Edited September 4, 2019 by JoeF Quote Link to comment

gopalakrishnach
Without knowing your university and your masters degree we cannot magically answer you. RFE itself indicates something not good as per univ and your degree, Quote Link to comment
JoeF
Abuse of CPT makes it worse. It is very unlikely you would get an H1. You still haven't told us the name of the institution. Based on your statement about the closure I am guessing in of the institutions run by Education Corporation of America which closed in Dec. 2018. One of their "schools" was Virginia College. Signing up with fake schools or doing fraud CPT from day 1 is a sure career killer. Edited September 5, 2019 by JoeF Quote Link to comment
