H1b expired in may 2013...my gc is still on and I'm with the same company working in India. Am I now eligible to extend my old h1b which expired in 2013 using i140 approval or it's a closed one and I need to do fresh h1 only.. If fresh h1.. Do I fall in cap or non cap.. Pls help..
