rescheduling visa interview

I am trying to reschedule visa interview at Hyderabad but it gives the below warning message on calendar page to reschedule. I know what does it mean but wanted to know how can I reschedule with out MRV fee being cancelled because of many cancellations. My intention while booking was never to reschedule it many times, the booking pages are weird as I was going back and forth to look for dates, it just was booking and cancelling when I was selecting the dates until the final the continue to confirmation and it was not even giving notifications on the page on what is the limit on the number of times we can reschedule.

 

 

 

Also, I booked visa interview for me and my wife together as the MRV FEE RECEIPT NUMBER is same as i paid for both of us using single CGI Number generated by the system. I am not able to attend the interview. How can I now separate mine and my wife's visa appointment so that I can attend when ever possible.

What happens if I or we both don't show up for interview for both bio-metric and consular appointment?

Please advise if some one knows about these things...

I think if you book together you cannot split appointments.

Nothing you will just lose your money and have to pay again.
