original H1b expired and i94 expired, new h1 transfer filed

I was a contractor holding H1b valid until may 2019 for a client through companyA. Client offered FT and  h1 transfer was denied in may 2019. since my i94 is valid then they filed another h1 transfer. But that one also got denied. now my i94 being expired and company A filed for h1 transfer on the next day what could be possible outcome in my case.

You might get approved with consular processing. You might have to go out of country and come back.
