i797 lost , have applied for duplicate. is it possible to go for stamping with i824 copy.

Hi All,

I have lost i797 original, have a copy of it. I have also applied for a duplicate of i797 using i824. I have to travel to India asap due to a medical emergency in the family in the next 30 days.

1. Can i get my visa stamped using i797 copy + i824 receipt?

2. Can i expedite the process of getting i797 duplicate in any other way?

In good olden days one of my friend went to India using copy H1B approval and he got visa stamped. He lost his original H1B approval notice so he took copy of it.
