pollen93 Posted August 22, 2019 Report Share Posted August 22, 2019 I have used 4 years of H1B (applied in 2013). The perm was done and i140 was approved in Dec 2018 by Employer A. My current visa is valid till Sept 2020. I want to know if i am unable to travel by Sept 2020, and switch organization in between, then can an employer B file a cap exempt petition or I have to go in CAP again? Quote Link to comment
