When my first H1B vis was issues (12 years ago), I visited my employer (as hiring was done on phone), a regular IT firm. Since job wasnt similar to what I expected or was told, I left back to Canada. I stayed in US for about 15 days on this H1 but returned back. Later I applied as a full time employee to different company in US and was approved US as J1 and subsequently as H1. Past 12 years I have been traveling into US on B2, J1, H1 visas without any hindrance. Since I have have Combo card, I was planning to make a foreign trip, will my first H1B situation cause any issue for I485 or entry on Advanced Parole? Thank you for your guidance/information.
