File e-seperation with current employer when amendement rejected

Hello Team,

Greetings!

I have a valid visa with current employer 'ABC' till AUG 2020, but my amendment is rejected from Location 'A' to Location 'B' . I had an new job offer with other company/employer 'XYZ' in location 'B'. so question is , can i go ahead and file my e-seperation/resign for employer 'ABC' from Location 'B', even though my amendment is rejected.

please help clarify this .
