I have credit cards

You  claim to be a sole proprietor and get a business credit card just by giving social security. If you are a citizen  you claim you are a business owner whose business is turning over 0$/year.

ON 12 month OPT you can own a business, if it is related to your field of study. I do not know if it can be this kind of sole- proprietor business. Can anyone clarify what kind of business one can engage in during 12-month OPT. Or guide me to some page which discusses the issue accurately and in detail.

I guess my question is:

I would like to own a  sole proprietorship business on the side. I am officially employed by an employer full time. I do not want to declare this business. I need to only report it to IRS since it makes 0$/year. The only real purpose of this business is to get good credit card benefits. IS this legal, or would I be doing something illegal here?
