Dear Friends

My sister has been in US as a Citizen since morethan 10 years, she is interested in filing Green Card for me.

My wife is a Saudi born Indian citizen, she has the birth certificate from Saudi Arabia.

Can I use the cross chargeability of my wife and my sister being a sponsor for our green card? 

If yes, how long the process takes to get a green card?

I heard in the news that the current administration is removing cross chargeability, does it impact family based filing as well?
