Firstly, I did not submit this case. I guess its from my employer who had filed for my Green Card. I am no longer their employee. I quit in Jan 2019. I have had my Green Card since May 2016. My question is - does the i140 withdrawal affect my Green Card status in any way? Please let me know. Thank You. Quote Link to comment
