Remo522
Hello there - I'm trying to file my 485 green card application through marriage. I was on H1b visa status when i last arrived to U.S. in 2017 but now got denied the extension of H1b. What should i mention in the box 23a, 23b of I-485 Form? Is the I-94 Record number should be from the H1b petition i used when i arrived in 2017 or the Current H1b petition that i had from 2018 aug till 2019 August which is expired? Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record Number : ?? Expiration Date showed on I-94 - ?? Appreciate any help at all. Thank you Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
The question refers to your last entry. You need to involve a lawyer to file this form for you in Trumps America. You have a concept of tolling for 120 days after you lose status and you will have no problem if you go through a lawyer. It costs money. This is one of those times you should go ahead. You are getting married to an USC? Correct. If so, you will ultimately be in safe harbor and get the Gc. Edited August 19, 2019 by pontevecchio Quote Link to comment
