i94 - Port of Entry

Hi 

I am with Employed with Company A and got an offer from Company B and H1 Transfer premium is in progress for Company B. 

I have a valid visa stamp on my passport with Company A valid till May 2021. 

1.    Once I get my H1 transfer approval notice from Company B.  I am planning to travel to India for a short vacation before joining the Company B.  Is there any issue with this?

2.    If not which i797 document should I show at port of Entry as I will have two approval notice one from each company with different i94 expiration dates. Please note I have not resigned Company A yet.  I will come back from vacation serve my two week notice period still with Company A and then join B.

1. No.

2. Then you need to show company A I-797 and let the company know you are going for vacation.

If they ask about company B at POE you can explain that you still did not join them. Even if you multiple I-797's with different employer's you have a choice to work for anyone.
