msve Posted August 13, 2019 Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 Below is my background. Old Visa Stamped in passport until Sept 2019. I-94 until Sept 2019. Received extension in December 2019 until Oct 2021. Traveled out of country and back in US in Feb 2019. During port of entry officer entered I-94 until Sept 2019. Though I have my I 797 until 2021 my I-94 because of Port of entry is only until Sept 2019. Can I go to CBP and ask them to extend my I94 based on new 797 or Do I have to go out of country for stamping? Quote Link to comment
