Adesh_Bora
I have I-797 approved from Nov -2016 to Jun-2019 and H1b visa stamped from Feb-2107 to Jun-2019. I worked in the US for 2 years from Aug-2017 to Jun-2019. And my employer has filed for an extension. But due to the emergency, I have to travel back to the home country and my employer is going to revoke the petition. So my query is, am I eligible for cap-exempt in future? Can I file cap-exempt visa if I want to travel back? Quote Link to comment
Ahir
Yes. But that would be considered as "consulate" processing. And in order to come back, you will need to go through an interview process from USA embassy. Quote Link to comment
