SK27 Posted August 12, 2019 Report Share Posted August 12, 2019 I missed my deadline for submitting the 12 month STEM OPT self evaluation to my school. My DSO is unable to submit my evaluation to USCIS now, as it is past the deadline. I have an H1B Visa that is approved this year under Consular processing and can only come into effect after I complete the stamping in October. Please let me know what will be the impact of this miss and please advise on the next immediate action I have to take inorder to correct this. Appreciate your time and help. Quote Link to comment
