H4/H1b stamping and re-entering USA

Hello,

I've a couple of queries and will appreciate your inputs.

I and my husband are travelling to Canada for 2 weeks. I’m on H4 visa. I went to India last year alone and I got a H4 visa stamp on my passport that is valid till Nov 2020. It has multiple entries (M) written on it. My I-94 is valid till Dec 2020. My husband has a valid I-129 till Nov 2020. His H1b visa stamp on passport has expired. Here are my queries:

1.       My husband will have to get a new Visa stamp in his passport for which he needs to give the interview in a US consulate in Canada. Will I also have to go through this process again?

2.       If I decide to return to USA before him while he is getting his visa stamping done in Canada, will I be allowed to enter?
