I140 Withdrawn and received EAD approval notice after 4 months of withdrawal

Hello 

My employer shared a withdrawal notice on I140 from 04/12/2019(April) on 08/09/2019(August). My I485/765/131 was filed on 02/05/2019(Feb).

On 08/08/2019 - I see on USCIS website my status for I765 as New card being produced.

My employer has personality issues which i believe, with out my knowledge he revoked it. Can he cancel the withdrawal of I140?

Is my EAD card ordered by USCIS valid?

Can i have a smooth GC process going forward?
