Nirmala12 Posted August 9, 2019 Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 HI, My employer is ready to start application process in which the first step to get the Prevailing wage determination from DOL . Currently my pay is 67k per annum which is less for my experience and the location. And if the prevailing wage has come higher so the employer has to pay the wage received from DOL ?if so , they should pay before filing 1-140 or before filing I-485 ? If its before filing I-485 which will be 9 year from now ?how do they justify this wage ? Please post your experiences or suggestions. thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
