JMa1234 Posted August 9, 2019 Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 Hello, I 797's top portion has a validity of one year and I94 has 3 years validity. My attorney says that it is valid for 3 years but I am not 100% sure that it is. we raise the concern with USCIS but USCIS is not providing any feedback on the case. Does anyone have the same kind of experience with I797A where validity is different from top and bottom? I know that recent USCIS puts I 94 validity 15 days more than a top period but in my case difference is 2 years. Thanks for your valuable feedback and time. Quote Link to comment
