SumitC Posted August 8, 2019 Report Share Posted August 8, 2019 Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen and I came to the US on H4 visa because my wife is on H1 Visa. I have got a job in the US and changed my status to TN visa through I-129 petition. I have my brother in the US and he is a US citizen. He is going file I-130 for Family-based Green Card sponsorship. In I-130 form, Part 4, section 46.a. it asks for Class of Admission of my entrance, will it be H4 or TN here? Thanks! Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted August 29, 2019 Report Share Posted August 29, 2019 You need to schedule an appointment with a law firm to discuss the possible issues. TN visa does not allow for Immigrant Intent . Then your brother can decide whether to file or not. Quote Link to comment
