DRIVERS LICENSE RENEWAL - L1 B Extension WIP

All,

My Driving license is about to expire as its attached to i94 which is valid till Sep 05 – 19 :-

 Background -

1. My driver’s license is with FLORIDA and will expire by Sep 05 - 19 and I am in my L1B.
2. Currently I have moved to IDAHO and will continue to stay here for some time.
3. My firm via legal team have applied for L1 B renewal on Aug 05 – 19 and its reached USCIS.
4. I am awaiting the receipt from USCIS confirming that the filing has been accepted and is in process.

Question –

1. Can I take this filing receipt to a DMV in IDAHO and apply for license renewal.
2. Is this possible , what are the issue that I might encounter.
3. If this is possible I need to know for what duration will the extension be application.
4. Do I need to take the DL test ( Theory & Practical) again or it will only be a case of renewal.
5. Will this continue to be under the FLORIDA or will this be renewed with IDAHO.
