Jack2018 Posted August 7, 2019 Report Share Posted August 7, 2019 My H4-EAD expired on August 4th,19. Applied for renewal for H4 extension and H4-EAD. Currently waiting for processing. My Application is pending at Nebraska service center. April 18th is the receipt date. waiting since 3 months.My wife's H1-B approved. My question is, How feasible the idea to file H4 EAD Processing time Delays Lawsuit. Is this process an appropriate one. Once I file law suite, will that be in my history, if later point if USCIS does back ground check or track my ssn history,they will come to know about the case will that impact other processing like H1b,GC.
