Hi 

Based on My husband's H1b- I-140 approval i was issued H4-EAD card valid upto July 2019 according to H1B-Petition end date.

But We went to Canada in Feb 2018 stayed for more than 365 days then came back to USA on L1A. My status now is  L2.

Question:

I want to apply for L2 -EAD. would it be H4-EAD extension or fresh EAD ?

what am i supposed to mark while filling I-765 form.

1.a. initial permission to accept employment. or    1.c Renewal of my permission to accept employment.

filing fee is $410,  do i have to include Bio metric fee $85 ?
