Subashkman Posted August 5, 2019 Report Share Posted August 5, 2019 Hi My current state is that I got my PERM certified and in the process of doing my I-140 and AOS concurrently through my employer on an EB2 category. I was born in Britain. Hence both my "DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS" and "FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES" were current until the end of July. In August 2019 "FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES" changed from "C" to "01JAN17". According to the latest Visa Bulletin "You must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for August 2019." Does the above last sentence from the bulletin mean that I cannot apply for AOS now? Thanks in Advance S Quote Link to comment
