Current employer filed for I140 and it is in process. I have received the job offer from end client and they have filed for H1b transfer. What happens when the H1B Transfer is approved. But I guess client will wait only for certain time and will not wait for long. After sometime, they have to let USCIC know that you do not work for them and revoke H1B. I may be wrong.
