Hi Team,

My Amendment was filled on 5th Feb 2019, My Stamped VISA and I-94 Expired on 23rd July 2019, So my employer filled Amendment cum Extension for same Client, Location and Role. ( No Changes ).

I already got RFE for my Amendment and we filled RFE response ( but No Status Changes in USCIS Site ).

My Queries are below.

1. I have to go back if my Amendment got denial ? or I can continue work with same client because of  Amendment cum Extension  are already filled ?

2. What is the possibility for getting Amendment cum Extension approval if my Amendment denied ?
