MyCar2020 Posted July 30, 2019 Report Share Posted July 30, 2019 Currently I am in H4 - EAD. Previously, I was in H1 for 5.6 years and then converted to L1A. Once I received my I-140, I applied for H1B. But it got denied. Then I moved to H4 EAD and it expires on Sep 2019. Now, I am with a new employer and trying to apply H1. Do I require H1B approval notice to continue my job or the receipt is sufficient to continue it? Quote Link to comment
