H1B Extension as a Resident Architect - Level 3 wage

Recommended Posts

I am on H1B working as Lead Developer at Client place currently, but I am planning to move back to my
Employer location (consultancy) to provide training to the OPT Students and also support them as a resident architect which is very critical
for the employees to deliver their work at the client place.

So is it a good idea to apply for H1B Extension with below job duties @ Level 3 wage in LCA

1) Training Students
2) Supporting them technically Design & implementation to deliver the projects at their client place
3) Periodically review consultants' performance & guide them.

What are the chances of getting H1B extension approved?

Don't rely on forums for answer for these questions.

Basically you need to ask whether you can prove this as speciality occupation since your job responsibilities currently is very general. consult an immigration attorney for the sam.e

If I were you i would stick to client work for which the job description is would be more specific.
