So is it possible to apply for H1 Amendment and Extension together 1 year before my H1B expiration date? Quote Link to comment

Yes, amendments can be filed anytime and your employer can request i94 extension at the same time. This is actually the right way to do it. i.e if amendment is being filed, request extension as well to reduce cost and paperwork. Quote Link to comment
