gajawada Posted July 29, 2019 Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 I resigned my old company in Mar-2017, I had I-140 with PD Sep-2013 (I believe they can not withdraw/ revoke as it is after Jan,2017)My new company started GC process in 2018 and got approved I-140 in June-2019 with new PD of Oct-2018 (without retaining old PD)My PERM/labor with current company will expire on Aug,12-2019, can we do anything to retain my old PD which is a 5years old?Please help.
