sandy3969 Posted July 29, 2019 Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 Hi all, I am working at client A from Feb 2018 and employer filed h1b amendment and was pending till date. My h1b extension was also approved for the same client and location in Jan 2019 but the amendment was still pending which was filed when old h1b is valid. Now I am travelling out of country and will be eligible for dropbox stamping. Will the amendment which is still pending for 500 days can have any impact on visa stamping? Quote Link to comment
