Harshavardhan C Posted July 27, 2019 Report Share Posted July 27, 2019 Hi All, my H1b is expiring on O8/01/2019 and applied for extension on 05/16/2019 in regular. My employer confirmed that they converted to premium processing on 07/08/2019 as i got a plan to travel to India. But the status on the USCIS remained same till today and when verified about the cheque status they are mentioning that its not deducted still. That means USCIS imposing unoffical hold on premium processing. Could some one help me to understand this situation, will their be situation like this at all ? Quote Link to comment
