Client offered me full time and started the H1-b transfer application and we got a RFE for specialty occupation. We are currently making the response ready for RFE and I have only 3 months left now in my current H1-b. My current employer wouldn't apply in premium at any cost (even if i am willing to pay the money as well) and normal processing is the only option left for me and it would take at least 3 months or more. I would like to know at this situation, Can I apply for extension petition with my employer in parallel for the same job and same work site location while my client transfer H1-b petition is in progress.
