My H1 transfer is still in progress with RFE response (normal processing) submitted almost 2.5 months ago. My I-140 is also in progress in premium. While i only have 6 months left to maxout my H1, if my i140 happens to be approved before my H1 transfer RFE is adjudicated, can i get a 3 year extension on the basis of approved i 140?
