Jura Posted July 22, 2019 Report Share Posted July 22, 2019 I have applied for I485, EAD and I131 last month when my EB1 petition was approved. Also sent in the medicals. I have PD as 2011 Oct. At present I am working in USA on H1B. I had requested my application to be expediated as my son is aging out soon. I have got an email saying that my case has been sent to Montreal Consulate and we will be called for interview soon. Email says we have to fill Form D260. Will I need to fill out D260 , and does that mean that my I485 and I 131 are redundant? I am a Indian Born with a Canadian Citizenship, working at present in USA on H1 B status. Thanks.
