H1B Amendment Vs H1B Extension - Is there a dependency in the impact due to order of decision ?

My Amendment from Location A to B was filed on August 2017. It got denied on July 2018 . Again Amendment was filed on August 2018 and I got RFE on March 2019. RFE responded by employer on May 2019 . Still decision pending with CA center . 

My current visa expired on 6/21/2019. Extension filed on 6/19/2019 with Nebraska center and still pending decision. 

 

1. When the Extension got approved and later Amendment denied, will USCIS issue extension revocation ??

2. When Amendment got denied , will it impact my extension decision ? 

3. What is the risk if I apply premium processing on the Amendment ? Whats the odd ?
