H1 Ext denied and apply for H4 EAD

Hi need some advice on the below

1. My H1B extension denied 
2. If I move to H4 status and Apply for H4 EAD ( not sure how many days it take to get the H4 EAD ) 
3. After Applying the H4 EAD If I  travel back to India and continue working from India same company 
4. can my H1B can be re-appealed or H1B ext reapplied  while on my H4 visa ?? 
5. After I receive the H4 EAD can I  move back to USA  ??
6. Once H1B extension approves I can switch back to H1B status ??

3. You have to be present in USA if you are applying for H4 EAD. 

4. Yes

5. If you are not in the USA you will not get H4 EAD.
