Last week I got my RFE notice from USCIS and my project with the end client got over yesterday. USCIS has requested for all the documents (letter from the client, and the vendor, updated job description..) with a bachelors degree requirement update. My employer told me that they will reply to RFE with whatever document is available. But I think that will be too risky, is there anyways I can deal with this situation? Quote Link to comment
