K92 Posted July 16, 2019 Report Share Posted July 16, 2019 My husband is in the US on a H1 visa, we got married in the month of December 2018. I have a visit visa to US since 2016, but I never traveled before.. I traveled in the month of Jan 2019 to the US and stayed there for 5 months on a visit visa. I now have an admit for school to study masters this fall, my in laws would be funding me. I’m sure I must be telling the truth in my f1 visa interview. Also, my husband filed tax on my name too for this year. I would like to hear what complexities might arise while I take my interview. And what may be the possible outcome. I completed my graduation 4 years ago and have been working with an MNC since then and have score decent on my GRE/ Ielts/academics. Quote Link to comment
