THJ Posted July 15, 2019 Report Share Posted July 15, 2019 Hi, My H1b visa expired on Jan 2019, In Dec 2018, i applied for extension, i only had the client letter but no SOW. (SOW was not ready) In May 2019, I received an RFE (employee - employer relation). This time i have submitted both SOW and client letter. No response so far. Has anyone seen any denial cases having submitted both SOW and client letter? Quote Link to comment

Just wanted to check if there have been cases of rejection when employee has submitted both client letter and SOW along with all required documents. (as i wait, as rejection will make it out of status and will have to leave the country) Quote Link to comment
