rolling_thunder
Hi, Would there be any issue with H1B extension after a police arrest in Damage to property case? --> The sentencing has been done and are following all the procedures listed as per the sentencing (No probation but Supervised supervision and counseling). Also, would there be any issue getting VISA stamped at a consulate? Quote Link to comment
xTDx
No issues in general during H1b extension process. However, consulate will review your criminal record and assess if you are eligible for a Visa based on the case facts. Not a bad idea to consult with a competent immigration attorney who can review your case details and give you pointers. Edited July 12, 2019 by xTDx Quote Link to comment

gopalakrishnach
RFE during H1B application and 221G during visa stamping. More chances. Be prepared. Quote Link to comment
