soulraider Posted July 11, 2019 Report Share Posted July 11, 2019 (edited) Hello, I have I140 (Priority date Jan 2014) with Company A and got my H1B transferred to Company B and I got extension of H1B using I140 as I finished 6 years of H1B, now got an offer from Company C, can I still use my I140 to get the H1B transferred to new company?
