The petition end date was August 31st 2019. Stamping was not done. Can anyone help me out how to apply for H1B Cap Exempt process ? Am I eligible to apply for H1B CAP exempt process ? Need more details. Are you in the country or out of the country. If you are in the country why can't your employer file an extension. Quote Link to comment
