H4 Stamping

Hello Everyone,

My wife will be attending H4 visa inteview  in a month's time from now. I have below questions, your help is highly appreciated.

1) She was graduated in 2016  and on opt untill may 2017.As she didnt got picked in lottery ,she took admission into a college . She dropped off from classes and left to india in november 2018. Will this be an issue when attending iH4 visa stamping interview??

2) Does she needs to mention that she attended both universities though she didnt finished the second one.

3) Her brother is a us citizen . Does she required to mention this information??

1. Should not be an issue unless there is pending fees at the university.

2. Yes.

3. Yes. Need to mention about siblings.
