But i I have my i140 approved with my future employer B. What are my chances to go back to the US with my i140 ? Is it possible to apply jobs from India with my future employer B? Or can any of the companies A, C, D, etc. use my i140 to do H1 extension? Please let me know. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
