Gkarthik17 Posted July 7, 2019 Report Share Posted July 7, 2019 I got to know that I have violated F1 status since I didn’t take face to face course in summer which is my first term in f1. I recently converted from h4 to f1. Started MS program in h4. DSO gave me some time to think of how to regain status. They are suggesting me to travel outside US And renter with new i20? What are the risks involved? Can I re enter successfully at port of entry with my violation record ? I also have valid h4 visa till feb 2020. If anything goes wrong with f1, can I re enter with h4?
